We strive to provide a safe, comforting experience for animals during their pamper session, but we understand all pets are unique. Some animals may experience more stress during new experiences like grooming. 

Most issues are small and can be resolved with patience and consistency.

However, for the safety of your animal's health and continued service to our customers, we cannot take on excessively aggressive dogs or any pets that require sedation.

Sedation can cause hypotension, which is a decrease in an animal's blood pressure, respiratory rate, and heart rate. This, combined with the stress a grooming experience may cause, can be fatal.

Animals with excessive behavioral problems can be referred to a veterinarian or a dog  behaviorist for treatment.

Friendly Reminder - Appointments are subject to a 15 minute grace period, all visits after grace period are to be rescheduled or to accrue an additional late fee charge if serviced.
